Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic, shallot, and red chili. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and fish sauce. Mix well.
- Toss in fresh basil leaves and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
