Cooking Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced red chilies, sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in onion and bell pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add fresh basil leaves and stir until wilted.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.
