Ingredients:
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add mango cubes and the sauce mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
