Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, to serve
Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and chili flakes to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and onions. Cook until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and mango, stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan, pour the sauce over the stir-fry, and mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve the spicy mango chicken stir-fry over cooked rice.
