- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Cooking Instructions
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, Sriracha, ginger, garlic, and wasabi paste to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they develop a nice char.
- Sprinkle the grilled skewers with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
