Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

A delicious and flavorful stir-fry recipe with a spicy kick.

Ingredients:


  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Cooking Instructions


  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili garlic sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Toss in bell peppers, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.
