Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 16 ounces Italian dressing (Olive Garden Light Dressing recommended)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces penne pasta
- 5 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and black pepper over the chicken.
- Place the cream cheese on top.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce (optional).
- Mix the chicken and sauce with the cooked pasta.
- Add additional parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
