Sesame Ginger Tofu Stir-Fry

A flavorful and healthy tofu stir-fry with a delicious sesame ginger sauce.

Ingredients:


  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Cooking Instructions


  1. In a bowl, mix the cubed tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until crispy, then remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and snap peas until slightly tender.
  4. Return the tofu to the pan and add honey, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds. Stir well to combine.
  5. Serve the sesame ginger tofu stir-fry over cooked rice.
