Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Cooked rice, for serving
Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cubed tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until crispy, then remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and snap peas until slightly tender.
- Return the tofu to the pan and add honey, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds. Stir well to combine.
- Serve the sesame ginger tofu stir-fry over cooked rice.
