Sesame Ginger Salmon

A delicious and flavorful salmon dish with a hint of sesame and ginger.

Ingredients:


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Cooking Instructions


  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour any remaining marinade over the fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
