Ingredients:


  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems, plus leaves for serving
  • 1/2 cup hot pickled jalapeños, drained, plus 2 tablespoons liquid from jar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk ranch seasoning (from 2 [1-ounce] envelopes)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Tortilla chips, fresh jalapeño slices, pickled jalapeño slices, and pickled red onions, for serving

Cooking Instructions


  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, pickled jalapeños (with 2 tablespoons of liquid), softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk ranch seasoning, lime juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust Seasoning: Taste the dip and adjust with more salt or lime juice if needed. If you prefer extra heat, add more pickled jalapeños and blend again.
  3. Chill: Transfer the dip to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
  4. Serve: Garnish with cilantro, fresh jalapeño slices, or pickled jalapeños. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or drizzle over your favorite Tex-Mex dishes.
